And of course a family that have been nurtured to LIVE in ceremony & home rituals. ~ This morning we began with smoking sage inside our home and around our home. With the intention of clearing space and making home our sanctuary of healing and heart. ~ Then we salt the boundaries of the land and speak of connection, gratitude for these lands & healthy boundaries. ~ Sometimes we are called to have this home ritual with phases of the moon or chapters in life. Meaning, that I have slowed down my rhythm of hussle, shifted business planning & have become very good at simply committing to sit. ~ Even my ocean walks with my family I have noticed I am day dreaming behind and stopping to look at small clusters of plants and their mini universes.
