About Ngahuia

Ngahuia Trewartha born in Aotearoa (NZ)

Spiritual Wellbeing Mentor & Entrepreneur Ngahuia started her business with an optimistic heart over 18 years ago.

Ngahuia a mother of two & married to a loving man began sharing Spiritual Wellness & Guidance in the community of Port Lincoln SA.

Ngahuia, having shared a good part of her childhood living on the lakes of Rotoiti with her beautiful & witty grandmother, was nurtured into the traditional healing arts of

Tinana (body)

Hinengaru (mind)

Wairua (spirit).

Being in service for traditional Maori Ceremonies with her grandmother is where Ngahuia accredits her way of working with individuals and communities today.

Holding space for sacred ceremonies and gatherings is and always will be an important part of Ngahuia’s life and offerings.

Ngahuia’s teachings in meditation and angel guidance readings were all first inspired by her loving grandmother, whose strong will and wisdom influences her every day.

Her teachings focus on knowing when to be independent, when to embrace your individuality in life, to follow an original and unique path to be your authentic self, and when to be open to receive support.

Support of loved ones, your people, nature and mentors.

Joining in similarly like-minded groups, like Mana meditation, and doing your part in being an active and healthy community member.
