Situated over 2 sprawling blocks with uninterrupted ocean views, Tulka House is a true retreat inside and out. Tulka House magically overlooks Proper Bay with stunning views across to the Lincoln National Park.

Tulka House accomodates a maximum of 14 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, including ‘The Loft’, together with an additional pull out sofa.

For couples, ‘The Loft’ can be booked on its own, providing you with the full Tulka experience minus access to the inside ground floor of the home.

Our large grass area oceanside can accommodate guests for your special ceremony. Our private grounds of Tulka House literally leads to the shores of Tulka Bay over looking National Parks.

Once you have said ‘I do’ feel free to make your way up onto the decking area of the house, where we have natural landscaped grounds and ocean views surrounding the area which you can make use of to take your photos. Please note that there will be no access to inside the house unless accommodation has been booked also.
